Our little explorers of Senior KG enjoyed an unforgettable visit to the Fire Station, where learning came alive. They explored the mighty fire engine, discovered fascinating firefighting equipment, and met our brave firefighters. The children were thrilled to see how firefighters gear up to save the day—our little ones even looked ready for their own superhero mission! Through this hands-on experience, they learned important fire-safety lessons and gained a deeper appreciation for the courageous work of firefighters. It was a day packed with curiosity, discovery, laughter, and happy little memories!

Our little Junior KG explorers had a blooming wonderful time at the nursery! With curious eyes and tiny hands, they explored colourful flowers, collected leaves and enjoyed a fun hands-on activity. From “Wow!” to “Look what I found!”, the nursery was filled with excitement, giggles and little discoveries. Who knew nature could be this much fun?
Our Grade 3 students had a fantastic visit to the Science Park in Pimpri-Chinchwad , where learning came alive with a sprinkle of fun and a lot of “Wow!” moments! From exciting models to fascinating experiments , every corner sparked curiosity and bright smiles. The children explored, observed, questioned, and discovered that science is not just in textbooks—it is everywhere! At the Planetarium, they were amazed by the beautiful display of stars , planets , and galaxies . Their curious questions and cheerful excitement made the visit truly memorable. It was a joyful experience filled with learning, exploration, discovery, and dreams beyond the world around them!

Our little explorers headed to Decathlon, Pune, for an exciting day of learning beyond the classroom. And let’s be honest—when children hear “field trip,” even an ordinary morning suddenly feels like a holiday! The children got an opportunity to explore a wide variety of sports and sports equipment. From football, basketball, badminton, tennis, swimming, cycling, and skating to many more, there was something to catch every little athlete’s attention. They observed the equipment, learned about its uses, and discovered that there is a whole world of sports waiting to be explored! There were questions, wide-eyed expressions, enthusiastic discussions, and, of course, plenty of “Ma’am, look at this!” moments! The excitement levels were definitely higher than the volume of the teachers’ voices! The children also enjoyed a fun creative activity with the painting books gifted by Decathlon, giving our little artists a chance to relax and let their imagination run wild. By the end of the trip, we had happy faces, tired little feet, curious minds, and lots of wonderful memories! One thing is certain—Grade 1 didn’t just visit Decathlon… they turned their field trip into a sporting adventure filled with learning, laughter, and fun!
Our Grade 4 students had a fun-filled and laughter-packed field trip to the R.K. Laxman Museum, where learning met creativity and humour at every turn! As they stepped into the world of the legendary cartoonist R.K. Laxman, students explored his iconic cartoons, sketches, illustrations and memorabilia. They soon discovered that a cartoon can make you think, smile and sometimes even laugh out loud—all with just a few lines! The visit gave students a glimpse into the sharp observational skills and clever sense of humour that made R.K. Laxman’s work so special. They learned how ordinary moments from everyday life can become extraordinary stories when viewed through a creative lens. The trip not only encouraged observation, imagination and creativity, but also left our young learners with plenty of smiles, giggles and new ideas.
The students of Grade 7 of Vedh Valley School, had a delightful visit to the Parle-G Biscuit Factory in Vadgaon. They got an exciting glimpse of how their favourite biscuits are made, baked and packed. The children eagerly observed the process and asked many questions. They were particularly amused and delighted to discover that the biscuits are made using flour and palm oil! The teachers, too, enjoyed watching the children’s innocent excitement and cheerful banter, especially during the fun-filled bus ride. It was a joyful learning experience that left everyone smiling—and perhaps craving a packet of Parle-G!
On 20.08.26, our Grade 6 students reported to the Dr. Balasaheb Devras Aviation Gallery for a field trip. They left with career goals. The gallery had planes. The students had opinions. Within minutes, every aircraft was judged for speed, comfort, and whether it had Wi-Fi. Some career confusion? Cleared. Some future plans? Boarded. Some hopes? Landed. Who knows? Many years from now, we might hear, “This is your captain speaking,” and discover that the voice belongs to one of our Grade 6 students!

Our little explorers headed to Someshwarwadi, Pune, in the early morning hours for a day of learning—but, of course, learning is always better when there’s less sitting and more exploring! The children discovered village life, observed the surroundings, and connected their classroom lessons to the real world. There were questions, excitement, giggles, and enough curiosity to keep the teachers on their toes! And then came the Someshwar Mahadev Temple—the cherry on the cake! - A beautiful and historical temple that added a special touch to our adventure. By the end of the day, we had tired feet, happy hearts, curious minds, and memories to last a long time! One thing is certain: Grade 2 didn’t just take a field trip… they took their learning on a joyride!
Mathematics came alive through innovation, creativity, and hands-on learning as the Grade 6 students of Vedh Valley World School showcased their talents during the Mathematics Exhibition 2026–27. Through interactive models, engaging games, and creative displays, students demonstrated that mathematics is an exciting subject that can be explored and enjoyed. The exhibition featured impressive models of the New Parliament Building and the School, along with innovative exhibits such as Measurement Park, Geometry Park, Fraction City, Kaleidoscope, and the Mirror & Reflection Box, each highlighting mathematical concepts in a practical and engaging way. Visitors also enjoyed a variety of Math Games and Puzzles that promoted logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. The exhibition was a wonderful celebration of curiosity and experiential learning, providing students with an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge, present their ideas confidently, and inspire everyone to appreciate the beauty and relevance of mathematics in everyday life. The Grade 6 Science Exhibition 2026–27 showcased the creativity, curiosity, and scientific skills of our young learners. Students confidently presented innovative working models, including Hydraulic Bridge, Hydraulic Lift, Hydroelectricity Generator, Biogas Plant, Rainwater Harvesting, Sprinkler & Drip Irrigation System, Earthquake Alarm System, Japanese Earthquake-Resistant Building, Natural Calamities, Radar System, Fun with Magnets, and Telescope – Beyond the Earth. The exhibition provided students with an opportunity to apply classroom learning to real-life situations while developing confidence, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Parents and visitors appreciated the students’ enthusiasm and presentations, making the event a memorable celebration of experiential learning and scientific innovation. Learning came alive through creativity and practical experiences as the Grade 9 students of Vedh Valley World School enthusiastically participated in engaging Kaushal Vikas activities. Through hands-on projects and real-life applications, students developed essential vocational skills while connecting classroom learning with everyday life. As part of their portfolio activity on "Farm to Customer," students explored the journey of agricultural produce from farms to consumers. They researched the various stages involved, understood the roles of different stakeholders, and creatively presented their findings through informative and well-designed portfolios, strengthening their understanding of sustainable agriculture and supply chains. Students also showcased their scientific and practical skills by designing and constructing rain gauges and wind vanes using simple materials. These activities helped them understand weather monitoring techniques while encouraging innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. Kaushal Vikas 2026–27 was a meaningful celebration of experiential learning, creativity, and skill development. It empowered students to think critically, work collaboratively, and appreciate the importance of vocational education in preparing them for real-world challenges. At Vedh Valley World School, Culinary Skills is not measured in cups and spoons. It is measured in giggles, in shared secrets, in the pride of a first taste. We began with something simple — clean hands and careful hearts. Then came the stories. Grandparents’ voices came alive as children learned to make homemade Amla Mukhwas, the same way it was made decades ago in their kitchens. In that moment, a recipe became a bridge between generations. And then, the magic. Fireless cold cakes. No flames, but so much warmth. Little hands choosing ingredients, debating decorations, helping the child whose cake was crumbling. I watched them learn something no textbook can teach: That when you cook together, you also care together. Every eager first bite held more than flavor. It held responsibility. It held “You try mine, I’ll try yours.” It held respect for ingredients, for effort, for each other. Here, our children are discovering that the finest ingredient isn’t sugar or chocolate. It’s teamwork. It’s heart and love. The photographs below are not just pictures. They are proof that when young minds create together, they don’t just make food. They make memories.
Research... Collaboration.... Experimentation...the way ahead... True learning begins when curiosity leads the way. This year, our Grade 5 Science Display is taking an exciting turn as students choose their own topics, forming balanced teams, and bringing their ideas to life. From exploring the Digestive System, Excretory System, Brain Structure, the Solar System, The Moon, and Eclipses, to designing working models of Windmills, Air Coolers, and Volcanoes, while investigating environmental issues like Acid Rain, our young learners are embracing science with remarkable confidence and creativity. We are immensely proud of our budding innovators, whose passion reminds us that tomorrow's scientists are already learning and inspiring within our classrooms today. Classrooms buzzed with creativity and imagination as Vedh Valley World School celebrated Lit Fest 2026–27 with students from Grades 1 to 9. From weaving stories and crafting picture paragraphs to stepping into the shoes of literary characters, performing idioms and proverbs, presenting peer profiles and creating literary memes. Students discovered many ways language can inform, entertain, and inspire. The festival transformed words into stories, ideas into conversations, and learning into an unforgettable experience.
